Scheduling Priority Service
BOOKING SERVICES AND ORDERING PRODUCT
To schedule any work or service call including liner replacement, safety cover install, and other services, a 50% deposit is required. If you do not wish to move forward with the service after booking, a refund of 25% of the deposit ONLY may be issued. This allows us to maintain priority service to all our clients and meet our commitments to you.
Deposits and payments can be sent via e-transfer to mypoolguy@gmail.com. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex to be processed on site only. All Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% service fee. ALL product sales are final.
Please note we cannot guarantee times during the summer hours. Due to the high volume of calls, it's best to book early to ensure you are first on our list to receive exceptional service.
